Investor Marketing
Getting investors to look at your company and make an investment decision is what investment marketing is all about. This involves a combination of direct engagement of known investors in the market (our job), road shows and a coordinated Investor Relations and PR approach.
Smart Capital Funds is primarily about marketing and communications, and we combine IR with road shows in Europe and a targeted investor marketing campaign through our network in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
Investor Relations
Investor Relations is the lifeline for any publicly listed company. It is not a nice option to have, but an essential and integral element of marketing.
Under our IR program we place clients under a yearlong program across German-speaking countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Liechtenstein). Simultaneously, we embark on a similar program in the Asia Pacific region in English, Chinese and Korean languages, targeting our network of 40,000 investors in the region.
Through cooperation partners we can access more than 50 financial portals, financial publishers and investment banks, and can act as the contact party for investors seeking more information on your company.
Road-shows
The best way to get a message across is to demonstrate the passion of the very people running the company. Road shows, conferences and round-tables are the most effective ways to ‘match-make’ investors and companies.
A road show typically means travelling across Germany , Switzerland and related areas, meeting directly qualified and interested investors in your company. In a week, we may arrange anything between 10 to 20 appointments, we provide the introduction, you do the rest.
Round tables are more group discussions between investors and the company in a friendly environment set in a luxurious venue. Here, investors and company executives are engaged in conversation to get to know the company better and invite investment.
Stepping up from road shows and round tables, we can also offer a stage at a twice yearly held conference, attracting institutional investors from across Europe. |
